" I have never felt weak and I was always kinda strong, I started working out alone, not really structured but determined. After some time I have talked to Paula and wanted her to help me with the gym programs and a diet, what to eat. She has been extremely helpful, always explaining what to do and how to do the exercises, I could always contact her and ask if she could check my form. When I started working with her I had around 97 kgs, the lowest I have gotten was 88 ish and now I'm around 90, but I feel incredible, she has helped with my form on different exercises. I have noticed a lot of improvements in my strength and I generally look better. I have noticed development on my back, legs, shoulders, less belly fat. Today I am working on bettering myself in other ways, not only on the gym floor but also in the kitchen.Where Paula is also very helpful as I get adjustment of macro nutrients as well as caloric and water intake
indications. I do see the results of improved water intake as well as a balanced meal selection. Some people think that investing into personal training is too much, I think that spending a fair chunk of money on personal trainer was an investment into myself. Before personal training I would have spent the money elsewhere. As I suspect, most of it went to eating out.

Having a personal trainer there for you, at all
time, gives you a form of accountability, which makes you show up and deliver your best performance at any given time. Alongside to that it gives an opportunity to improve your self-discipline your commitment
towards fitness journey and accountability for your actions and inactions.

"It has been close to one year since I started my fitness journey with Paula. I could tell you all about the weight I lost, the clear decline in total body diameter and how much my body fat percentage has dropped. But I would rather focus on what I gained.
I gained a fitness programme that I can actually see myself doing in a long term. I train from home, I bought my first set of bands 8 months ago and my first set of dumbbells (15kg) 5 months ago. Today I have 3-4 days with a 45-50 min workout and 2-3 active rest days. Trust me, I would have never thought I would be doing this for so long.
I gained awareness of my nutrition, mostly by adjusting my macros intake and finding suitable replacements for foods that were not contributing to building muscle nor providing me with enough satiation feeling. At the same time, Paula made me feel comfortable about eating any type of food. There is space for all foods in my meal plan, as long as there is a plan for them. No guilty feeling.
I gained a trainer that I know will support me with a fitness and nutrition plan that is tailored to my lifestyle. We talk openly about what I can or cannot fit in my life. We talk about how a plan would look like once I have a family, myths in nutrition, the importance of active rest days and even revise posture in specific exercises to ensure that I execute them properly.
Finding this balanced awareness in a fitness journey would be impossible for me without Paula.

"What i love about this program is, it taught me how to appreciate, nourish and love myself. The approach of my instructor in this program is guiding you realistically, I don't feel pressure at all and get to enjoy the work! Also, she taught me how to not deprive myself from eating what I want or what I crave for but with parameters. I'm a type of person who likes to enjoy food her approach really works. I am to a point now where If I don't exercise my body feels different, my body is calling for it. And it is so rewarding to see the progress that I achieved so far.
